can't find nclex stats for WV

Chris -- thank you, and I wrote to the BON in WV right away. If they don't come through, I'll try the BOE. TX is the other place I'm looking (lived there for years). UT-Austin has a BS-to-MSN program w/100% NCLEX pass rate, just not sure how to swing the Austin cost of living.

Jennifer -- thanks for the tip on MSU. I'm in the midst of writing them for more info. Do you know anything about their BA/BS to BSN program? This is what's in their catalog:

18 months of study and 16 weeks per semester = 4 semester with 14 weeks remaining, so I'm assuming 4 semesters. Maybe I'm reading it wrong, but is there truly a "one-semester break" between semesters? Maybe they meant to say "week" or "month."

Do you know if they mean nursing students only go two evenings a week plus the clinicals on the weekend in this program?

<sigh> sounds too good to be true, almost as if there might be time to hold down a job to pay for it all. Yay! But back to reality, I can't see having time to roll over much less work, if I'm completing 76 hours in 18 months.

yes, their tuition is steep for a small West Virginia school that's relatively new!! Guess it used to be Beckley College. Funny, my uncle went there for a degree back in the late '80s.

Did your cost of $285 per hour includes all the fees? From the online catalog: I'm worried there's more, but then again, the tuition fee schedule seemed to be scaled for the different programs, so maybe that's it.

Also, do you know yet how much the liability insurance is? What about other supplies?

Also, it specifically states the BS/BA-BSN pathway is Of the prerequisites, I only lack micro and nutrition. Yay!! I'm so happy! Now, if only their statistics for passing the NCLEX are good for this program!!
