Braxton County Teacher in Sex Scandal and Bail

I saw on the news that a parent of one of the children involved in this mess wants the teachers bail revoked. How do you feel about this? Should she be out on bail? Come to think of it, we have not heard on the news if her own children were removed from the home. What do you think? Should she be allowed freedom to be around her own children or children in the community at this point in time? Do you think this lady is mentally ill? Lets hear from some on you.

Default Local news
try WSAZ.com . She was a teacher at Braxton middle school, wife of a Baptist minister, mother of 2, I think, a coach, and she stated she had sex and oral sexual contact with several of her students. This story broke this week.

I think this woman should not have any contact with any children. She should not be permitted the opportunity to do this crap again.

I totally agree with Marie_LPN, I do not think this woman should have any contact with anyone's children, including her own. I saw her on the news, eewww! It make's me so mad that this kind of stuff can happen.

Default Scars will be deep
Hi Dixie,
I feel so sad and sorry for all the kids involved. The kids she molested will have such deep scars. You know they will suffer from feelings of hurt, fear, misunderstanding, and much more for the rest of their lives. I feel badly for her kids too. Who would want to claim her as their mother after this? I know this lady has to be really sick in her mind and soul, but she will have much to answer for because she chose to hurt innocent kids.

Did anyone see where the state school board is looking into ways to deal with situations before they get too bad? Bullies, safety issues, sexual misconduct, and drugs? I have been hearing they were going to do this for years. I guess since this woman has more victims than reported in any other state so far, they decided it was really time to put these plans into action.

All of this just makes me so sick and just puts more black marks on our state.
