BARH Layoff-more to come?

I spoke to a nursing instructor regarding the recent layoff of 26 LPN's/CNA's at BARH in Beckley,WV a few weeks ago. She seems to think this is another move by the facility related to the prolonged strike last year. Any other input on the layoff?
Does anyone see anymore layoffs at this facility and others in the area?
