Any updates on the mandatory overtime law ?

Hi
I am a nursing student writing a mock legislative letter as an assignment. I chose the mandatory overtime issue. Anyone know of any sites that have done any studies since this has become a law? Is there a decrease in medication errors? Are more nurses deciding to stay in the profession instead of leaving because of the mandatory overtime? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance to those who are able to respond.
Julie
