Advice on how to get a job in outpatient care in West Virginia

I have been trying to find outpatient jobs in the Charleston,Parkersburgh area with no such luck does anyone have any advice on the best way to get my resume out ? I have applied for various places but am not sure if I should just go to the various clinics and Dr's offices and leave my resume. Any advice would be appreciated. Littlesiss004

Have you tried surgery centers? As Love Purple said, try an agency. Sometimes these things can result in permanent placement.
