Register Today!- May 6, '12 by margritamixGood luck with what ever you choose and which ever school you end up going to. However, I do want to say a huge congratulations! You should be very proud of yourself in that you were accepted by THREE nursing schools. That takes a lot of hardwork and I wish you the best

- May 8, '12 by hereshopingHi all. Is anyone else dealing with financial aid/loans? Just got a letter that I'm reaching my loan limits (took loans to cover pre-requisite classes, plus the pre-requisites to get into those pre-requisite classes). I'm meeting with an advisor for an educational plan, and it says to let them know if/when I changed my program of study (as soon as it's official/on paper I will). Just wondering if they extend those limits when we get into the nursing program, or if I'm on my own now and can't get more loans. (we'll manage somehow - I've worked too hard to NOT attend now!!!)..... Anyone else in the same situation?
- May 9, '12 by hereshopingLOL Answered my own question once again. All figured out; just a matter of giving the fin. aid. office a copy of my acceptance letter when it shows up, so I can document that I'm changing programs. Whew!!! Now, those letters *should* be showing up fairly soon, correct?!?!?!

- May 10, '12 by hereshopingCyndy, is that what they told you? I thought they were mailing out on May 11 (tomorrow) for some reason....either way, I'm going to be breathing a whole lot easier when that paper is in my hands!!!
- May 11, '12 by CyndyRDThat's what the letter said. Today is the last day to take the e-write test. Hope everyone took it!

- May 13, '12 by hereshopingNope.....anxiously, impatiently awaiting the letter. Meanwhile, I started the CNA class yesterday. Not bad so far, if you can get through the first few hours and get over the fact that you're in a classroom for 8 hours a day if you take the weekend class. Thankfully clinicals are a bit closer to home (in Seattle rather than south)....
