What areas in WA are growing?
- 0Mar 22, '05 by FoxfourI will be moving there at the end of May. At first, I will be renting, but I'm going to be looking for land to purchase for investment purposes. What if any area can I purchase land on a nurse's salary-wait a few years-then turn around and sell it for a profit. I know where I'm moving from there has been a population explosion and land that use to be $50,000 is now $200,000-250,000.

We live near Tacoma and our house is estimated to appreciate at a 9% increase every year. The area just North of Seattle is doing really well too. Anywhere in Seattle is already really expensive and this is why these areas are growing.
