What is the per diem rate in the Seattle area hospitals? Also what are the details as far as work schedule requirements for each mon. For example, where I'm live we have to commit 2 days/week to the hospital in our to maintain per diem pay. Thank you for your help.

Where I work, you need to give them 4 shifts/month, 2 of them weekend shifts. The differential is 15% over non-perdiem pay. No benefits except for 401K however. If you want bennies, you will need to go 0.6 or 0.9 FTE.
