    Hi everyone,
    Is anyone familiar with Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles? I am an experienced Emergency Department nurse with 14 years of experience. I'm considering commuting via ferry from Victoria BC to Port Angeles. The job market is really tight here. I'm searching for extra work in the ER, and want to work per diem. I'm wondering if you know of other Canadians who are doing this. I'm also wondering what the hourly wage is in that area, and I wonder what the hourly wage in Seattle would be like (so I can compare).

    The job market for nurses experienced and inexperienced in the state of Washington is very tight. Very few are being hired from outside the hospitals.
