    My name is Brenna O'Grady. I am a Canadian RN seeking employment in Washington. I find job searching in the US quite confusing. As far as I can gather, hospitals are run by companies (Asante, Advntist) etc. My searches aren't going anywhere. Is there any kind of central page listing jobs in washington state? Can I inquire at specific hospitals? I don't know the names of any?

    Travel nursing is also a great option. One can try many different hospitals in many different regions.........bonuses etc. Wages and benes are competetive and schedules can be flexible.
