I'll be interviewing for a RN position at Seattle Children's PBMU (Psychiatric and Behavioral Medicine Unit) this week. However, those who start out on the unit orient as Pediatric Mental Health Specialists prior to being trained as Float and Primary RNs.
Does anyone have any insight into what a shift is like in the PBMU, what the interview process is like, and/or the work culture?

Did you end up beginning to work in SCH's PBMU? I would love to hear about your experience if so.
I worked at SCH as a tech prior to beginning nursing school
and am considering my options for post-grad.
