Info on Harborview??

First, let me say thanks for all of the helpful info on here. Those of you that have replied to and encouraged others make sites like this possible.

Here's my question:

I am moving from Louisiana with only 6 months experience as an RN in outpatient peds, and am looking into Harborview. (I have applied absolutely everywhere, and I'm very anxious to start working in WA!) I have a temporary WA permit, and an RN license pending. I have some good experience in the public hospital setting as a student and nurse assistant, and work primarily with Medicaid patients now.

Anyone have ANY contacts at Harborview?? Nursing managers, recruiters, etc?? Or any info on their residencies? I see that they include classroom time, anyone been through this program?

How's the morale and work environment? Benefits? Time off?

Any RN's out there have any advice or info? Thanks in advance!!!
