Is it hard to get a job for new grad RN in WA?

My husband and I really want to move to Northern WA due to his dad's deteriorating health condition. We want to be close to him so we can take care of him. I am a new graduate (BSN-RN) without experience. I wanna get a general idea on how hard it is to get a job around Northern WA (Mt. Vernon, Bellingham, Stanwood, or Seattle area) for new grads like me? I don't have any connections in that area. I am willing to commute 2-3 hrs. Thank you.
