Feelings about working at Harborview

Thinking about a career switch from UWMC to Harborview. Interested in trauma. Please give info about 1)the pts -- like them generally?, 2)the administration -- receptive to your needs?, 3)scheduling/pay/parking, 4)nurse/doc relations, 5)your union, 6)the working environment, 7)anything regarding the different floors/units, 8)night vs. day shift, etc...

Any input much appreciated.
