CNA and HCA

Hi, I am brand new to this site and I am currently enrolled in a CNA program in Olympia,WA. I have heard from some students we can apply for CNA jobs while still in the program and that some facilities hire before completion. I was curious if anyone knew of any of these types of facilities.
Also I noticed on one employment site that they require a CNA Cert and HCA within 90 days of hire. What does this mean exactly?
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
