    Has anyone done Washington Hospital Center's RN bridge program? If so can you tell me what is the difference between that and the fellowship and what are the obligations after finishing?

    The fellowship is for new grads. The bridge program is for nurses with expereince moving into a specialty. At least i think so, call HR to make sure.

    The obligation used to be 18 months from completion of orientation or you had to pay back the "cost" of orientation, it was around $1,500 a couple of years ago.

    I did the ICU fellowship a couple of years ago. That was 12 weeks, not counting the class room time. They have since changed the orientation program and I do not know how long it is now. Back then I think med/surg was either 6 or 8 weeks.
