- Oct 26, '09 by ukstudentThe fellowship is for new grads. The bridge program is for nurses with expereince moving into a specialty. At least i think so, call HR to make sure.

- Oct 26, '09 by ukstudentI did the ICU fellowship a couple of years ago. That was 12 weeks, not counting the class room time. They have since changed the orientation program and I do not know how long it is now. Back then I think med/surg was either 6 or 8 weeks.
