WHC New Grads

Hi, I was just wondering, for those that got accepted to the RN residency program how much will you get paid. I applied to the Med surge area. Also how did the interview process go?? Did they ask tough questions and where the interviews long?? I have an interview next week so all your input will be greatly appreciated! Thanks
