I know Children's offers a $5000 scholarship with a one year work agreement. If you're willing to commute to Arlington, Virginia Hospital Center has great tuition benefits. They offer 100% tuition reimbursement for several schools in the area including Marymount, George Mason and NVCC if you work full time during school. You just have to agree to work for them for a year after the last reimbursement payment. There is no way I could've done it without their help. Their new grad pay is a little lower than the going rate in the area, but you still come out way ahead with the tuition.

Do any of these hospitals offer help paying off existing student loans? When I finish my BSN at GU, I'll have over $50K in student loans to pay back. Thanks!

Pokytroky - try HRSA.gov for student loan repayment programs.

At WHC you can get up to $10K per year for tuition, but I don't know if there's any requirement for working for a certain amount of time afterwards.

Actually that's not entirely accurate of Children's tuition reimbursement. For nurses, looking to continue their education, they will pay for 6 classes a year (regardless of credit amount), at the University of Maryland class rate (which means you can use it at other schools). Only a 6 month work agreement, which can be part-time, is required when you complete your degree.

GWU Hospital will cover something like 90% if you go to GWU's nursing school for a graduate degree, and a lesser amount (50-75%?) if you go to a different school. Calling their HR would be your best bet.
