Never heard of it, but for your sake I hope it's nothing like PBDS.

Agreed, PBDS exams are the worst.

Hi connolkm, I've read that there is no way to really study for this battery exam. I took the test a week ago for GUH as well, and there is no way to tell if I passed it or not. They either will email/call for an invitation to their New Grad Day in Feb 2012. So, crossing my fingers that I hear a response. Good luck with yours!

MSWATSON-- I just tok it last night..It seemed kind of ridiculous.. I feel like they are going to want a perfect score.. do you know how long we should wait to hear if we passed?

connolkm, I really don't know how long we should wait. In the email from GUH, it says that we can check the status of our application in their website -- the same site where we placed our application. So yea, I hope others out there can post whether or not they've heard anything from GUH.

what does your status say? mine just says resume is under review

Yea, I got the same message. An email/call is what we really need to wait for. Hoping this works out for us.

I got a rejection email today. I applied about a week ago.

Ohh and is that when you took the battery exam..Im sorry to hear that:(. They said it was extremely hard to get into ( especially because of that stupid battery test) so I'm not holding my breath

I also took that battery exam for another hospital and my job offer was revoked because I failed it. Good luck though. I hope you both passed.

Ever since I started applying for positions, I've had nothing but rejection after rejection. This experience can be so disheartening that I didn't want to even look at another application site. So, I can honestly say that I know exactly how folks are feeling when the news is not good. As trite as it sounds, we need to hang in there...maybe, even take a break and do the app process in another time.
