I decided to apply to another residency program (I graduate in may 2018) and I was asked to complete a 45 minute nurse battery test. I did not need to take this before (applied to one other residency program and was accepted but I want to move to DC!)
Can anyone help me out with what they are looking for in terms of questions about when to go to the manager, that's my most uncertain area.
Or any other tips!

I just applied as well. I graduate in May 2018. I just took the battery test so hopefully good news comes back! Have you taken it yet? What did you think about it?

I had trouble with very few questions! Of the multiple choice, I was fairly certain what I wanted to pick (except the question below...what did you put? It's a sample question available - so no cheating here!)
On the rating questions, I was mostly either all one way or the other. I didn't like the questions concerning the coworker who was hard to get along with. It did not give you info if she was doing anything harmful or if you just didn't like her personally. But the rest were ok and it was faster than I thought, I also expected open ended questions.
I wanted to pick A or E for this one. I ended up with A because I just had a meeting all about listening to what the patient wants and the story of Josie King. (Now thinking..maybe right answer is B even??)
