Hospitals hiring new grads in ICU or Oncology

I'll be graduating (g_d willing!) with a BSN from nursing school in DC next May. In my last semester, I'll be doing a Senior Practicum with a Preceptor - working their hours, at their hospital.

I'd like to do this in either ICU or Oncology, at a hospital that could offer me a job once I graduate and pass the NCLEX. Can anyone offer any suggestions about hospitals in DC/MD/VA that may be hiring new grads in either ICU or Oncology next Summer?
