by hbk77 Sep 21, '12Hey everyone!
Just wanted to start this for the Winter 2013 new grad program at Georgetown University Hospital. I submitted my application and was invited to take the battery which I completed on Wednesday. Has anyone heard further from them? Or know how many positions or people applying? I'm super interested in the program but it's been so discouraging lately!

- Sep 24, '12 by TerpsHi,
I'm pretty much in the same boat. I applied and the next day I got an email asking me to take a career battery test, but since I've taken it last week I haven't heard anything back.
Because it's so soon after they opened the position, I hope that they are just waiting for more applications to come in.
Are you a Spring 2012 or a Winter 2012 grad? I'm graduating this December (hopefully
)

I too applied for the New Grad Residency at Georgetown
Best of luck to everyone applying!
- Sep 24, '12 by campercassI applied this weekend and took the test today. I am confused about something though. One section of their website says BSN only, but in the Jo description it also says Associate degree diploma programs accepted. I graduate from an ADN program in December. They still sent me the request to take the test so I he that means an ADN is acceptable.
- Sep 25, '12 by hbk77I still haven't heard so I'm hoping they're just waiting for more people too. I graduated in May- it's so frustrating trying to find a job!
- Sep 25, '12 by hbk77I would say that if you got to the battery then you're eligible to apply. The battery I'm pretty sure is sent to you if your resume passes a scan by the computer- so if you got it then you should be okay. I don't think an actual personal person has even looked at our resume/cl yet.

Campercass - I would call the nursing recruiting office just to check on if they accept ADNs or not just so you know. -
- Oct 3, '12 by hbk77I was just wondering the same thing! I still haven't heard anything... I thought they did a pretty good job at giving a timeline for their application- but the waiting game still sucks!
- Oct 5, '12 by bbbb3201did you guys notice that they took the application off the website yesterday? guess that means they got a high enough applicant response. i am dying to know!!!!
