    Is Doctors Without Borders volunteer work, or do they actually employee people? I was just browsing on their website and it didn't say anything about volunteers, only job oppurtunities. Thanks.

    Yes, they do accept volunteers but they're mostly interns at their New York office. I don't think they have "interns" in field work.
