Planning on attending NVCC, should I take NAS 161/162 or BIOs?

Hello all!

I am a looking for a new career and have finally decided on Nursing. For a long time I thought going the IT career path was supposed to be for me. But after working in the industry for a little while, I have come to a realization that it is not for me.

Anyway, I am planning on attending NVCC to start taking my prerequisites this Summer. And as of right now I am trying to plan the next couple of years in what classes I am going to need to take. Looking at their curriculum, they say that I need to take NAS 161 / 162. However, in the informatics session, it says that BIO 141 / 142 / 150 may be taken in place of it. The only reason why I am leaning towards the BIO courses is that on Mason's website, it says the credits transfer, but the NAS 161 / 162 do not. I do plan on transferring to a BSN program at some point so I want to take classes properly the first time so I do not have to backtrack.
