    I am thinking of relocating to the Northern VA, Fairfax County area and was wondering if anyone knows anything about working in Emergency nursing at Inova Fairfax or any of the other hospitals there. I have 2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Department at a Community Hospital, but would really enjoy trauma nursing (we occasionally get them). I have ACLS, PALS, TNCC and ENPC as well as ABLS. What is the starting rate for a nurse with 2 years experience and what are the working conditions?
