    I work at Winchester Med. Ctr. in Winchester, but Valley Health owns Warren in Front Royal. I have been there 2 1/2 years and I love it. I'd suggest you keep your eye open on the job postings and apply. I usually don't see many MSICU, CVSICU, etc. jobs, so I suggest look often so you don't miss an opening.

    Warren doesn't have much in the line of critical care.. you would probably beneflt more from Winchester. Is bigger too!
