    I am going to apply to VABON for RN licensure, I heard that I can apply to take the NCLEX in a particular state and then take the test any where Pearson Vue offers it. Now after calling VABON they told me I can only take the test in VA. Does this sound correct. BTW: The person I spoke with did not sound sure.

    You can sit the exam in any state or country that performs the exam as long as you have applied and received permission to sit

    Yes, she is correct. I applied for licensure in VA, but I took the test in NJ.
