Anyone apply to GMU or apply(ing) to NOVA Traditional Fall 2013?

Hey all :)

I applied to GMU's traditional pathway for Fall 2013 and will be applying to NOVA's traditional 2013 as well. I take my TEAS tomorrow! Ah! Anyhow, I saw that in previous years people have started threads to get a hold of everyone applying to local programs and help each other get through the process :D

I've been coming to this site for a while now and decided it was time to join! :) For those who have applied or will be applying to NOVA's traditional pathway, what were your TEAS scores? (if you don't mind sharing of course). I have been studying for a while now, and felt very confident until a couple of hours ago :nailbiting:

So yea anyone else having random panic attacks every now and then?! :eek: or is it just me? :crying2:

lol I'm still here and will keep posting stuff. I think that by the time we get the emails about the orientation and all the papers that we will have to submit then that's when many questions will raise from all of us. So I think this post is not going to die, but it will indeed, once we all meet. By the way, I am working part time as a hotel clerk. :D

I know it's been a while since we've talked last, but I found your post so I could congratulate you on getting in to GMU! I had no doubt you could do it, and just wanted to say congrats! How do you feel?!

I am still waiting for NVCC :) I am not very patient to begin with, and without being able to find a job yet, my days are relaxing but passing slowly!!! Haha. Anyway! It would be nice to catch up! Congrats to everyone else that got accepted to GMU as well!

Tricia: Hii! Soooo nice to hear from you again! & thank you so so much :) It was the greatest feeling ever!! I was hoping we'd actually get to meet and maybe be classmates! :unsure: But you never know we may end up being coworkers! :D I'm jobless too, have been for a while, soooo this summer is going by WAY TOO SLOW :bored: I'm actually waiting on my NOVA letter also because I really wanna know what it'll say :cyclops: Good luck to you! :up: I'm sure your letter with begin with "Congratulations!" :laugh:

Hi Sambreen, I am a fellow NOVA student and I just applied to the GMU traditional nursing program. I'm so anxious awaiting the results whether or not I am accepted and I am seeking encouragement and someone who can just calm me down about my chances. I have read and followed your posts on the thread here and was wondering if you could be so kind to let me know how the program at GMU is? What are my chances of getting accepted? I scored a 91.6% on the Hesi, I have a 4.0 GPA in general education, and all prerequisites, but I am in the middle of finishing up my Spring Semester taking the last two required prerequisites (ENG 241 and STATS). I am driving myself crazy mentally constantly thinking about GMU. I only applied to one school because it's the only real option I have with my circumstances, and I am just so worried. Do you know if they accept a lot of NOVA transfer students? I feel like my chances are gone because I am a transfer... :(
