develops, implements and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations. coordinates and collaborates with multi disciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas. minimum qualifications: education: graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. experience: licensure: currently licensed to practice as an rn by the commonwealth of virginia, or a recognized compact state.
