Who is hiring new grads in Virginia??????


I recently graduated in May, and passed the NCLEX about a month ago. I have applied anywhere, but cannot find a job. What hospitals in VA are hiring new grads???

Valley Health in Winchester seems to have some "RN 1" (new grad) jobs. http://www.valleyhealthlink.com/jobs -- they've added language about RN applicants and RN 1 nurses to a lot of their job postings that I've seen, so it sounds like new grads could apply. Good luck!

I was told by an INOVA manager that new grads can apply for RN2 positions, of course you would not get paid at the RN1 rate,lol Few of my past classmates just got hired on at INOVA. Ihave heard Prince William is hiring, but the work atmosphere is very lacking!!

Im having trouble finding job in hampton roads area I live in chesapeake and work as a CNA at chesapeake general still cant get RN position being a new grad mself.
