I beging Nursing school in January - I'm so excited, I can't stand it!

Anyone start Sentara SOHP in Jan 2009?

Congrats!! I also was accepted into school for Jan 09 start, for Bon Secours in Richmond. I have orientation on Dec 1st. I'm so excited!!

I cannot wait - I got a call yesterday from the school & was told my orientation is Dec 18!

We'll have to get back to eachother and see how it's going! Good luck!

I'll see you there! I'm sure our paths will cross sooner or later. I'm really looking forward to it, I can't think of a better way to spend my B-day (having dinner with my kids is up there too)

...free pizza on the 18th too

hey I was wondering what the usual GPA is to get into sentara? I turned in my application today and my 3.2 GPA just doesn't seem to feel good enough ? thankss!!

Honestly, I'm not sure ... my GPA was 3.38 so I'd assume yours would be ok too? Just make sure you have all of your pre-reqs done - thats the big thing. Including the CPR, etc. There's a list on the website.

...Think I'm going to need a 'wheelie' rucksack to get around

I got some of my books -actually found some of craigslist in great shape for $50!! I need the psych one and the access card yet.

I cannot wait. 26 more days!
