I have applied for a positition at Riverside Regional over in Newport News. I am very excited because it seems as though i may be getting the job. What is there starting pay? I was told that for a home health position i would be paid per visit. Can anyone tell me how that works? What would be an acceptable range for a new grad going into home health in a pay-per-visit setting? Also, what is there interview process? Do they usually let you shadow a nurse and still not hire you?
