Good luck to you all! I'm applying for the next class in july! I have to do the math portion of the TEAS Test on Thursday and then I will interview with the DON, and they will make their decision. Since I'm already a surgical technologist I hope they'll look at that as me trying to take a step forward. I'm excited about it! I'm in charlotte and it's called ecpi here. Too bad they won't take all my credits! God knows I don't wish to repeat A&P again, but I will make the best of it anyhow! Hey it's a part of nursing, and that makes me happy! SMOOCHES!

I'm at the Richmond West location. I had to retake nursing math (to the incoming students, you have to get an 80 or better in your nursing core classes, or you have to repeat them the next time they are offered) so I'll be back in July. I'm glad to be 1/2 done with A&P though!

5:30-10:30 M-F, some Sat clinicals when you get to them

How much is tuition and what does it include?
around $30k (tuition, uniforms, books,- although in some classes you will only get the books for that class period since they don't have enough books for the day and evening classes, so take good notes!) You are responsible for the necessary medical forms and transportation to/from clinical sites.

What are the qualifications? and what is the likely hood of being excepted?
You have to have a high school diploma/GED. I haven't heard anyone be turned down from this school. Choose not to go there, yes, but not get accepted, no.

Do you have to have prior nursing education or experience?
No.

Good luck. Where else are you looking?
