What about CHM 111. Will they accept this for the chemistry requiremnt?

Marymount's tuition is about $11,100 a semester. Also, since Marymount is a private school there is no "in-sate/out-of-state" tuition. It's all the same price. Hope that helps!

Fall applicants>>> How are you liking the program? Any suggestions on where to live? Is the shuttle from the metro reliable to get to school on time? Gosh, so much I do not know, any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Not too sure! My last class out here is Dec 17th, and classes start January 11th.. so I am nervous about finding a place to live! DO you live in Virginia?

Im from New york...but im in a similar situation my classes finish dec 20th....so i hope i will find something within the 3 weeks or so......prices are prettty high but i think we can do it...lol...i also wanna visit the area once before orientation so i know the area and surroundings....

Hi All,

I got my acceptance letter on 9/30 for the Accelerated 2nd degree BSN program, starting Spring '10. Also applied to Georgetown, but haven't heard back from them yet.

Meanwhile, I'm still taking pre-reqs for both MU and GU at NVCC and PGCC (local community colleges): 7 classes, 22 credits. I'll try to drop some classes once I know which school I'm going to for sure.

Can someone tell me if the academic calendar posted on the MU web site also applies to ABSN students? I need to plan vacations and such for next year, and don't want to mess up.

Also, the acceptance packet from MU contains a requirement to attend an all day orientation session on Jan 8, 2010. I already have a vacation scheduled and my flight doesn't get back until the next day. I'm hoping they'll let me slide on the orientation session so I don't have to blow off part of my vacation.

Has anyone started a Facebook page for students starting at MU for the ABSN program in Jan '10? That would be a good way for us to get to know one another, and provide a forum for folks moving here for school to get the 411 on transportation, neighborhoods, etc.

I was accepted to MU for spring 2010 as well. I am also waiting to hear from GU. What interview day did you go to? I went on the 22nd of September. I am anxious to hear from GU. I think your facebook page is a good idea. Is GU your first choice?
