Filipino nurse wants to take nclex-virginia

im a licensed RN here in the philippines and i would like to take nclex-and my preferred state is virginia because i have some relatives there. My question is HOW DO I START? and DOES VA Board of Nursing requires only NCLEX or CGFNS or both? thanks in advance to all those who wants to reply =)
