Fletcher Allen?

Hi,
I am possibly relocating to the Burlington, VT area this summer and was wondering if anyone had information, advice, opinions on Fletcher Allen Hospital. After searching the hospital's website it seemed to be a solid, well established teaching hospital. Would this hospital be a good experience/opportunity for a new nurse?

Hello!
I hope you received some information about Fletcher Allen and decided to come to Vermont. What is your current area of specialty?
We have worked very hard to improve the ratios, the wages, and other working conditions for nurses so we can provide better care. After recently having a family member in another academic medical center, I can say we are doing much better than most.
There is still a lot to do, but we hope that you will join us!
