Default Re: Avalon, is it a good place to work?
I worked as agency nurse at Woodland Park. 35-40 patients to one nurse and 2 aids for half the night, then 1 aid went home. Shockingly, they had a hard time finding staff, so agency was used a lot.

Avalon in Bountiful was in the news recently. The roof collapsed. I don't know if they knew about imminent danger or not.

I personally wouldn't work there on a permanent basis. Some staff loved it though. I felt it was way too unsafe due to understaffing.
