Nursing Assessment 7/1

Who else is taking it ? I hear it's a beast of a class. Can anyone give some solid direction? I decided to take it with no other class because the consensus on here is that it's the hardest one offered.

I just finished the ecomap and genogram for week 5. Uber waste of time in my opinion. The formatting took forever and trying to get it into my assignment document was hell. I should have just drawn it out on paper and scanned it into the computer, that would have taken way less time.

I am almost done with this class! I am just waiting to work up enough nerve to attempt to final. I am hoping it has a lot of review questions from previous quizzes.

I need to take the final and will be done. I am off on Wednesday, so I will take it then. Hopefully it will not be to bad. 30% of your grade is a lot.

I'm done! The final was long. I think I had two hours, but it took me one and a half. That is a really long test. I don't think the NCLEX took me that long to complete.

This class felt short, seems like I just started it. I thought it was way easy too. They must have made some changes to it because I thought it was suppose to be a hard class. I also read stories of writing papers that were 30, 40, and 50 pages long in this class. My longest paper was two and a half pages and I have been getting A's. Just three more classes and I am done!

I took the final. I did pretty good. The questions were similar (some even the same) as previous quizzes. Good luck!

Am I missing something or is assignment 2 for the week 5, like a combining the forum posts? Is there more to it? I backed up my post well with sources. What did you all do for this one?

I know it is a little late to answer your post, but for the sake a future assessment student I'll answer it. Part 2 for week 5 was just a basic copy and paste assignment. I read the instructions for this assignment early in the class so I was able to make sure I used a different type of nursing diagnosis (risk, health, actual) each week for discussion. This way it was easy to just copy and paste.
