Help with Application Process

I applied to UTA and have been accepted into the nursing school, however, I have not yet applied to the Nursing Program.

This is where the confusion starts.
Is the application I need to submit the one that you print and complete, or is it the online application that says "Apply Here"?
Also I saw somewhere that I must meet with my advisor but information from my advisor says that everything is done through email.
I am getting conflicting information and am starting to get stressed.
