by deanew Mar 9Just an FYI for all of you that are partnered with THR hoping to get into the Academic Partnership program. The APBSN is in transition and they are going back to accepting only non-THR employee's with Bachelor or higher degrees.
I have received a lot of conflicting information and information is still posted on the THR intranet.
I was told by the head of Education Development at THR that this transit would not effect the people who have already applied but who possible effect the people applying int he future.
Print and share with friends and family.
Compliments of allnurses.com.

- Mar 9 by futureexpectationsQuote from deanewi just want to make sure I understand; the AP program at THR will be only for students who already have a degree and are not employed with THR? I wonder if they will implement any of that for the fall.Just an FYI for all of you that are partnered with THR hoping to get into the Academic Partnership program. - Mar 26 by joshsmotherSo the AP program will no longer be an option unless you have a degree? What the????? This makes me so mad!!!! My entire academic career is now altered!
- Mar 26 by lharvickThey must be trying to be more like other academic partnership/fast track programs like Baylor and TCU.
- Mar 26 by joshsmotherAs the largest network in the metroplex this is a stupid decision! Do you know how many techs and clear are now looking for new schools??? Ridiculous! No other school offers an online format for non degrees students. We are screwed.
- Mar 29 by joshsmotherDoes anybody know who UTA is partnered with besides THR? I feel bad about my above comment but this is a huge curve ball. I am devastated as I just transferred to UTA and do not want to have to do a ADN then bridge to BSN.
