Is anyone else feeling like this Capstone project is not explained very well? Ugh I am going to make up another assignment and hope that I am doing the right thing.[/quote']
The directions are VERY vague. I think it's because they want you to form your own ideas on how you should do the assignment. It kind of gives you some autonomy in a way. I learned to like that about capstone real fast haha.

Just want to say this Capstone is very doable. I am looking to do a big push next week and wrap it up. This is not one of the harder courses, for those of you who are interested out there. The 4th week will be the hardest, with the wrapping up and presentation of the project, but it has been a cumulative thing, so it's not a huge assignment dumped in your lap all at once.

Spring Break is next week for my son so I'm making my big push this week so I can have fun next week. This class is not overly stressful, most of the stress is probably self-induced on my part because of other life circumstances. The directions for the assignments are vague but I have gotten very good grades on everything in week 1-2. Maybe grading is lenient. Maybe the vague directions are meant to give us less constraints in our assignment.

Congrats to you all!!!! I have just finished American Literature and only have Texas Government and CAPSTONE to go. Starting to see the finish line:) Thanks for all the threads about Capstone and others. Helpful for those of use to come.

Random question: when do you sign up for Capstone? I'm in week 4 of research and about to start local govt. Can I sign up for Capstone now or do I officially have to be done with research? Thanks!

You officially have to be done with all of your classes. But I emailed my UTA advisor and told her I was ready to take Capstone soon. She had me email her on Thursday of week 5 during my last class before Capstone (Leadership) and she registered me for Capstone before my grade had been posted. Email your advisor to let them know that you are planning to take Capstone next. Did you already apply for graduation?

I'm not going to graduation. It is during my son's school year and . Everyone says that I should go. I hate to say it, but I'm just glad that I am done. I am ready to get going on all of these goals they have made me come up with during this program!
