Vancomycin


hello everyone

I have to do a presentation on a quantitiative research study which i haven chosen vancomycin administration: mistakes bynursing staff. just need a bit of info on the drug, as i dont know much about. It is not marked towards our degree its just formative. Thanks

have you tried searching the nursing achieves? There was a recent article in nursing standard I think it was about drug errors regarding vancomycin.

bnf vancomycin
and it will tell what it is used for and important aspects of adminstering it
