Oral hygiene icu

I would like to know what critical care units use to maintain patients' oral hygiene following MDA re sponge swabs. There still appears to be widespread use despite evidence related to use of toothbrushes and paste. Is Corsodyl also used in your unit?

We use toothbrushes and paste, corsodyl is only used on those with particularity yucky mouths
