networking with CKD nurses

Was wondering if you could help me to network with possible CKD nurses in the UK.
I am a renal nurse working with pre dialysis clients (stages 3-5) in general practice.
I work in a general practice in Darwin, Australia with 14 GPs but my model of care is new
And there is no one else in Australia at present working like this so I would like to
explore overseas to get some ideas on how to improve my practice.

I'm a renal nurse training as an Advanced Practitioner, I do have contact with pts who are CKD 3 - 5 so may be of some help?

Hi Jane nice to meet you
I am needing to find a nurse who practices in gerneral practice or independently
in managing CKD clients. I wish to observe their practice.
May be you know of such nurses???
I'm not sure if the UK have such practitioners but I thought I would try.
