Is your interview for an out patient non-surgical or in patient surgical? I managed a private hospital that was in-patient surgical, predominatley cosmetic and we did have some non-surgical out patient sessions too.

Is it Harley Medical Group you are interviewing with? If it is I have some idea what will be expected of you. HMG as far as I know don't, (or at least they didn't) have any theatre facilities themselves but will use the services at other established private hospitals. The nurse advisors will be expected to see clients thinking about cosmetic surgery and advise then and make appointments with surgeons as necessary. They also provide out patient post op follow up care and I believe provide an out of hours / on call service in case of any problems following surgery. As regards non surgical procedures there may be an expectation of you to train to do the dermal fillers, botox etc.
Maybe someone on the forum will be able to offer more insight or correct me if I'm wrong but I would think this will be something like what is expected of you.
