What is the expected pay fornNursing in the Caribbean, Bahamas Virgin Islands

I have been reading a lot of old threads regarding the pay in the Caribbean, Virgin Islands and the Bahamas and found that they all pay very little. The problem is all the threads are several years old. Has this changed? What can a nurse expect to get paid hourly and/or for housing? I am an OR nurse. Is it possible to get jobs there and what are the work conditions? How are assignments there and how are the recruiting companies that service those hospitals? Any advice on traveling there? Again, I have seen previous threads but they all seem to be several years old. thanks for any info you can share!
