What does HR require from agencies regarding their nurses?

This is a question for you IC nurses (Ned!):

What items do you have to provide as your agency to HR? I have read I need drug screen, ACLS, BLS, PALS, background check?? Immunizations, TB test, physical...but then I have seen your FAQ and it mentions things like the OSHA and JACHO standards, but not really sure what those items are as I haven't received something like that.

edit: I had finally found your FAQ that I remembered seeing long ago after I posted this. I know you're tired of repeating yourself. ;)

Thanks!

OSHA and JC standards is merely a throw-away line in the contract to say that you meet them (saving much verbiage). All the other stuff you mention is after-you-get-the-contract stuff you have to do with any agency for the hospital HR/staffing and employee health departments. Usually their contract will specify the actual requirements, or they will ask you to modify or clarify your own contract. Occasionally they may forget something, but they will let you know about it at the last minute! Not always the agency at fault here for experienced travelers used to supplying or scrambling for something at the last minute.
