Traveling To Texas. Ltc Area Ok?

by abcd123

Hello, Everyone

I plan to relocate to Texas early next year. I have 3-year experience in sub-acute/LTC. What is the success of travel nursing in this area. Thank you.

I have lived in Texas for 2 years (I'm originally from California).

I have also worked the past 2 years in LTC in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. My coworkers and I have not had any issues in the various LTCFs that we've worked. However, it is common practice to give the heaviest care assignments to agency and travel nurses, since the LTCF is paying big money for you to be there.
