travel to swedish in washington need advise

Hi, I have been intrested in going to washington state I just talked with my recruitor and something has come up at swedish hospital. My questions: has anyone worked at swedish and what are your thoughts? are they union? also what is the average rate of pay nurses in washington are geting I have 4 years exp. in m/s and tele? the positon that was offered is for nights which I am not crazy about however I thought the pay rate was low.
Just want to get my eggs in row before I start neg..
