Travel Nursing

I'm very interested in the whole travel nursing idea, it sounds AMAZING....but surely there has to be some negatives!?! Does anyone have experience with this? Which agencies to go with or to stay away from? I'm hoping to start traveling next year around this time...that will be a little over a year of experience...I'm nervous that this isn't enough experience. Any info is appreciated!
